I have been remodeling my lower level throughout the winter. I worked one area at a time, working my way around all four walls. I really like textured drywall, both because it’s far quicker, simpler way for me to finish drywall; and because I like the way it looks. I made this video earlier this winter.
This is how I have done the texture throughout several rooms in my place. I used a rubber roller designed for drywall texture. I got it at Menards or Home Depot, they make many different patters.
