Thanks again for your great work on my lake home this spring.
When I bought the place last summer I knew I had a big remodeling project ahead and had some concern about being able to find a local builder who I could work with well. After all, a carpenter turned architect (who’s sometimes a bit of a control freak) is a tough client by any standards.
You and your crew did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations on all counts. The quality of the workmanship is extremely good and your crew anticipated my concerns (and even solutions) for tricky details. Your subcontractors got there on time and did great work—they didn’t even mind communicating directly with me, which I greatly appreciated. Finally, your personal project management and communication was excellent, and I enjoyed the chance to work with you and get to know you in the process.
